The license

Miller Arms & Manufacturing LLC holds a Federal Firearms License, Type 07, as a manufacturer of firearms. The business does not hold Special Occupational Tax (SOT) status and does not offer NFA items such as suppressors or short-barreled rifles at this time.

What the online shop sells

Accessories only: storage, mounts, organizers, and range and bench gear. The shop never lists firearms, frames, receivers, or conversion devices, and none can be ordered through this site.

Transfers

Every transfer requires ATF Form 4473 and a background check.
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID with your current address.
You must be 18 or older for a long gun and 21 or older for a handgun.
Federal law allows handgun transfers only to residents of Arkansas. Long guns can be transferred to residents of other states when the sale is legal in both states.
Buying a firearm for someone who cannot legally buy it is a federal crime. I will not do it.

Shipping firearms

Firearms ship only from one licensed dealer to another, never directly to a buyer. If you are buying from me and live elsewhere, your local dealer receives it and completes the transfer with you.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live, including state and local rules on what you may own, carry, and receive. Some accessories may be restricted in some places. If a sale or transfer looks unlawful, I will decline it. I may also decline any sale at my discretion.

Records

I keep the records federal law requires of a licensee, including the Form 4473 for each transfer. See the privacy policy for how website messages are handled.
